How to convert EPUB or TXT to MP3

Start with a short passage or a few chapters. The studio includes sample text so you can try the workflow before choosing a file.

  1. Prepare your input. Use a TXT or unencrypted EPUB you have the right to convert. For plain text, put headings like “Chapter 1” on separate lines so the studio can detect chapter boundaries.
  2. Review the list. An EPUB uses the reading order defined by the book. Leave checked only the chapters you want in your ZIP.
  3. Generate the audio. The first run needs an internet connection for the voice model. Keep the tab open and watch the download, initialization and generation stages.
  4. Save and open your ZIP. Unzip it in your file manager. Play the numbered MP3s in sequence, or check chapters.json to find a specific title.

If something stalls

If the download is slow, check the percentage in the studio. If a run fails, use Retry generation. You can also cancel and start again with the same chapter selection.

Scope of this trial

The trial uses one English voice and exports MP3 ZIPs. Start with short material, since processing time varies with your device and connection. Closing or refreshing the tab can interrupt an active run.
